Returns & Exchanges

What if my order is not correct?
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact concierge@publishbrand.com, and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.

 

How do I return an order?
Please return all parcels by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 10 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Publish is not financially responsible for shipping charges on returns.

How do we accept returns?
We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 10 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. All returns past the 10-day period will be given store credit.

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to concierge@publishbrand.com within 10 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed.  Any store credit we issue will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
