- We offer FREE returns to all approved domestic orders!
- We do not offer exchanges, so if you would like a different size/color/style, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke/fragrance free and in their resalable condition with all original tags still attached.
- All domestic & international returns must be received within 30 days from the date the order was received.
- Discounted items are final sale. This also includes items purchased through a promotion code. Please make sure you purchase the correct style, size and color!
- Purchases made with Gift Cards will be refunded on that same unique code.
- Footwear must have all tags attached and be in the original box. Shoe boxes must be protected to unsure it arrives in its original condition, with no damages or postal markings.
- If you feel you have received a faulty item, you must let us know within 7 days from date received. If the item was purchased from a third party retailer, you are required to provide a purchase receipt as well.
*Note, we can only provide 1 return label per order number. If you were already sent a return label and later decide to return additional items from the same order, we will not be responsible for a second return label.
- We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded, once we receive the package back.
- Any duty taxes initially paid cannot be reimbursed or credited.
*NOTE: All submissions MUST FIRST be approved to receive the label. Any items received without approval may not qualify for return. All returns will be inspected upon arrival. Only then, will we determine the eligibility of the refund.
Any ineligible items received will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to you, otherwise the item will be discarded 7 days after arrival. Please be aware of this policy, as you must agree to these terms upon submitting the RMA request.
In order to receive your return within the 30 day policy, return labels are valid for 7 days after the issued date. If the return tracking shows no movement after a week of receiving the prepaid label, it will be voided and we will not be responsible for issuing another for your return.
