Cochella 2014 Weekend 1: What to Wear and Hear

Cochella 2014 is finally here! There are about 150 acts spread over 3 days for the first weekend of the festival. So who do you choose who to see? We made life a little easier  and created a playlist of some of our favorite artists that are performing. This playlist, powered by Spotify,is a great listen on the way to the desert to get you excited for the long weekend. Take a listen, check out the set times and rock out…..

You have been waiting almost a year for this! So what now?  We all know its going to be insanely hot, that’s a given but what to wear is the question. You want to stand out in the 200K plus attendees but also not look like a festival clown. Feel comfortable and look good while doing should be your Cochella mantra. In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb Mix

March is the time of year when all of this shitty weather ends (unless you’re in California) and a beautiful new season of promising sunshine and warmth starts. We wanted to make a transitional mix of great music to lift your vibes and take you into a better mindset. Enjoy the smooth jams from some of our favorite newer artists.

King Krule is a young soulful redhead who channels Tom Waits mixed with Morrissey. Blood Orange is a British NYC transplant who pushes originality to the max while keeping a consistent ear sex sound. Kelela holds a beautiful voice while being backed by LA’s Fade to Mind crew.

Also vibe out to some tunes by some classic acts like Beck, The XX, and Cat Power. Playlist is powered by Spotify, so you can take it with you on the go. ENJOY!
